What began with simply redesigning their app turned into a great opportunity to create a personalized and dynamic customer journey that offered a faster, more personalized booking and rental experience. With intuitive features, travelers could now rent a car quickly, trace any location faster, view or modify their reservations and even redeem or check their reward points wherever they are. We helped the client embed advanced features supporting their continued effort to advance their digital capabilities for a great customer experience.

ACHIEVEMENT

With the all new app, travelers—now had easy access to faster reservations, better visibility to loyalty program rewards and easy access to their receipts and more. Advanced features like facial recognition / Touch ID made logging to the app faster. When the app launched in April 2019, it received great feedback from their customers, allowing better access, visibility and data sharing and analytics. We helped the client position itself to dominate the car rental industry with its unique app experience and technology.
